This was possible because of the timely guidance and co-operation from the architects viz; M/S Space Designers Syndicate. The firm recently constructed a Hotel at PATAS (DAUND) which has an air-conditioned restaurant (with a permit room), a spacious kitchen with store and ten double bedded rooms in yet another record time of mere forty days whichspeaks for itself.The firm has a well organised administrative set up consisting of civil engineers, site-in-charge, site supervisors, accountants etc.
