By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website.
Nature and purpose of the website
Property Megamart is a property discovery, information, marketing and assistance platform. The website may help users identify properties, compare available information, request current details, contact the Property Megamart team and arrange property-related assistance such as shortlisting or site visits. Enquiries and communications
When you submit your name, mobile number, email address, property requirement or other contact information through Property Megamart, you request us to respond to your enquiry. You agree that the Property Megamart sales or property-assistance team may contact you by telephone, SMS, email, WhatsApp or similar communication channels in relation to your enquiry, relevant properties, site visits, prices, availability, property updates and related services, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
You may ask us to stop non-essential follow-up communications by informing the representative contacting you or by writing to info@propertymegamart.in.
Sharing information for property assistance
Where reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry or provide a requested property service, relevant enquiry details may be shared with an appropriate developer, promoter, seller, owner, landlord, authorised representative, channel partner or service provider connected with the property or requirement concerned. No booking through website enquiry
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a callback, contacting us on WhatsApp, shortlisting a property, requesting a brochure, scheduling a site visit or speaking with our team does not by itself constitute a booking, allotment, reservation or legally binding property transaction. Payments and transaction safety
Users should never share OTPs, banking passwords, card PINs or other authentication credentials with Property Megamart or through website forms.
