Bhupeshbabu is a qualified Engineer with more than 3 decades of Experience in construction field.  His areas of expertise include planning quality control contract manager, construction planning project cash flows & site leadership. He oversees the entire operation of Enkay Homes ltd and its subsidiaries.  He has vast experience on projects in the Industrial, Commercial and retail, Government, Educational, Residential, Hotels and Resorts with project value ranging from 10 millions to 5000 millions. Mrs. Preetha Bhupeshbabu is a qualified Civil Engineer with more than 2 decades of experience in Project Management.  She looks after liaison work with sub-contractors and clients to ensure successful completion of the projects.  Known for strategic vision with sharp eye for details, she controls financial aspects to efficiently administer large long time projects from scratches to the finishes.
