Vision, old-fashioned family values, and the drive to transform an adverse circumstance into a business opportunity enabled GNP Realty Partners to evolve from a senior player in a local property management firm into today’s wholly-owned family of diversified companies providing brokerage, management, development, construction and other property services to owners and investors. Along the way, we experimented and took some risks but never wavered from our goal. While not every venture was a success, the experience made our company better. At GNP, “family” is more than just a concept. Owners Dean and Vasi Kutrumanes began with a vision of a one-stop shop for real estate services and made it into a reality by actively engaging trusted family and friends who shared their vision. Today, GNP reflects the values embraced early on by Dean and Vasi with added innovation from a forward-looking team of employees—many who joined the company in entry-level positions and advanced to management positions.
