In 1969, a vision was born, christened as Marathon. Shri. Ramniklal Shah, Founder & Chairman, imparted his own values of complete transparency and commitment to the Group. Today, Marathon's code of honour is reinforced by the technological skills and new-age vision of his successors - Vice Chairman Chetan Shah and Managing Director Mayur Shah, both Masters degree holders from USA. Our origins date back to 1922 when our patriarch played a key role in creating the master plan for 550 acres of the suburb of Mulund. The company was formally established by Ramniklal Shah in 1969, and has come a long way developing residential, commercial, retail, mixed and township projects in the greater Mumbai area.
