In the mid-nineties, NOCIL Infrastructure was incepted by two such passionate entrepreneurs with missionary zeal. Naresh Mehta and Dilip Mehta, two industrious individuals, took a bold step and started their own business. It was not easy at first. They faced a number of obstacles and difficulties, but they had the courage and conviction to overcome the challenges and odds thrown at them. After a few initial hiccups, they successfully established themselves in the industry among competitive real estate developers and builders. Their hard work and sincere efforts have laid a solid foundation for their steel company, and birthed Mumbai’s most significant real estate construction company.
