For converting his vision to reality, Mr. Panchal had focused on creating the right infrastructure and hence formed Shree Sairatan Projects Pvt. Ltd. It is supported by Shree Constructions and Shree Consultants, and the years of experience garnered thru them. Shree Sairatan Projects Pvt. Ltd. manages construction of new residential and commercial projects, redevelopment and SRA projects; offering complete constructions solutions under one roof.

Vision coupled with hard work and learning’s gained by working with well known names in construction industry, Mr. Panchal has laid a strong foundation in his line of business. His alliance with architects, RCC consultants, contractors and builders have helped him gain a 360 degree view of this complex industry.

Mr. Panchal has been instrumental in ideating and then developing his own business venture. This has been possible due to the right concoction of entrepreneurial qualities, dynamism and visionary outlook in him. With his appropriate educational background (a Diploma in Civil Engineering from VJTI and B.E. Civil from University of Mumbai) and his rich experience of 24 years in this sector, he has enabled his dream to convert to reality via Shree Group. His experience has enabled him to deal with a variety of projects like multistorey residential, commercial and industrial building projects which would include complete internal and functional requirements.
