Although Sigma One Landmarks Pvt. Ltd. was registered as a private limited company under that name in 2008, the Company has an enduring history in the field of real estate. It had its beginnings as a contracting firm, Saakar Associates, in 2002 which grew into a partnership property development company, Sankalp Saakar Associates in 2005. Under the strong guidance and leadership of the two strong individual who founded the company – Chandrakant Bharekar and Kapil Gandhi – the company has become a household name in the real estate world.
Its first project under the name 'Sigma One', launched in April 2006, clearly reflected the Company's work ethos, comprising of a mix of unmatched quality, ethics, innovation and unique marketing techniques. The project became an instant hit and the Company developed a loyal customer base. Its second project 'Grand Stand' was received with as much enthusiasm. Its unique concept of 'a la carte' homes was widely appreciated.
