Baner is a suburb of Pune situated towards the city west near the Baner- Biodiversity Park. Located just off the Katraj-Dehu Road Bypass, it is surrounded by Pashan in south, Aundh to the north, University in the east and Balewadi to the west. Aundh, which is also situated close to Baner, has significantly developed as a residential area attracting many buyers.
