The Eastern Highway connects Vikhroli to Vashi, Thane, Dadar and Chembur. The Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg connects this region to Bandra, Jogeshwari and other western suburbs. JVLR (Jogeshwari- Link Road) is an important arterial road that connects the eastern suburbs to the western suburbs and the Eastern Highway to the Western Highway. The International Airport is located at a distance of about 10 kilometers from Vikhroli and the Central Railway Station is only 1.4 kilometers away.
